Rosneft Oil Company will operate the highest number of key planned projects in the region at nine, followed by Lukoil and Gazprom with three projects each. The Kovyktinskoye field, with an estimated capex spending of US$4.4 billion during 2016-2025, will have the highest capex spending among the planned fields.
